In the unfortunate case of a cancellation, I kindly ask you to notify me 24 hours in advance to give me enough time to fill your spot with someone on the waiting list. Last minute cancellations will be charged 25% of their scheduled service price. *All fees are non-refundable*
If you are 15 or more minutes late for any service, I have the right to reschedule you so that it does not affect other paying clients who are arriving on time. If I need to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service you missed and will be considered a "no-show" *All fees are non-refundable*

Cash, card, Venmo, and Zelle are accepted. There's is an ATM in the back of the building as well.

All clients must provide a card to book an appointment. Card on file will not be charged until day of the appointment. Please, no kids allowed, unless being serviced. In order to keep me operating on time, I will need your full attention. Salon Brilyn is far too small for unsupervised children. I love your kiddos, but I work with sharp tools and poisonous chemicals, I don’t want to risk anything for your little bubbas..
